While it has been a common practice by soon-to-be-wed couples to rent brighter (higher lumens) projectors and bigger screens to ensure maximum viewing pleasure for guests, this is not always the best AV solution.
Factors such as guest table location (proximity to the screen) or reception venue layout (obstructions like walls, trees, dividers, tabletops etc) should also be considered.
At times, 2 projectors with modest brightness(lower lumens) can provide a better impact to your guests than renting a single hi-lumens projector. The projectors will be arranged in such a way that each guest (seated at the front or back, or located at one side with obstructed view or not) can choose a nearer or better viewing angle.
